The Dark Knight

When it comes to movies in 2008, I have seen almost every one. Narnia, Iron Man, Hulk, Hancock, Wanted, seen 'em. Let me say The Dark Knight is one of the finest movies I have seen. If you never ever even heard of Batman, you will enjoy this movie. I am impressed on every single level. The movie is incredible! The Joker?! RIP Heath. You did some of your finest work ever. I am not even going to tell you any more. If you don't know that I only spit the Truths and Rights on this blog you are playing yourself! Go see it and do yourself a favor.

Summer Lovin' (Having a Blast!)

You know that saying, "You only live once". Well that is what I am on, EVERYDAY. Time waits for no man. With that, my queen and I to an impromptu trip to Great America amusement park.










Invertigo was the champ of the day! Talk about a thrill. You got to do it to know what I am talking about. I was on this ride with a 7 year old who was on the solo and he was having a blast.













Don't front! You know you want to go to the amusement park with your boo.



















This was one of the best parts of the day. Cristianne won one of my favorite characters of the video game universe. Sonic the Hedgehog. If you know me and my relationship with video games, you know me and Sonic go way back. Chilli dogs son!



















To end the day a full meal and a nice ale. (Y'all know I got Hobbit-like tendencies)

This night was super cracking! It is mos def worthy of two posts. My sister and JT were the hostesess of the evening. They took us to the right spot at the right time. THE SLIP INN (Dallas, TX) was on point serving up all the hip hop jams of the 1990's from, Master P's Make Em Say Uhhh to Luniz I Got 5 On It. Talk about shutting the whole spot down. Dayum I love my beautiful peoples!!! Dallas next year more on point more fresher and more deffer! (Ilunga you got to come thru and rep NYC!)

What up Cat!





While in Texas I had the pleasure of seeing a very important person in my life. She was the first true friend I met when I moved out to SD from Detroit. I was so happy to see her and meet her fiance Cody. It was a trip because it was the melding of worlds. My super oldskool homies from '82 (yeah from before birth) and my homegirls I met back in the 8th grade Cathy and Amber. It was a huge moment in my life to see all these people I care about together. I am blessed to have such true homies.
