REST IN PEACE OSCAR GRANT III

Police Brutality will not be tolerated by the People. Oscar Grant III was brutally murdered in front of the masses on January 1, 2009. As you can see in the video this man was already in police custody and not a threat to the BART police in any way, shape, or form. Is this public safety? To shoot a man on a crowded platform in front of a multitude of on-lookers? The very first day of the new year? This is shameless and absurd.
Johannes Mehserle, I declare you a threat to all public safety and recommend you be punished to the fullest extend of the law. This is a clear case of right against wrong, therefore TRUTH AND RIGHTS must take a stand against this type of police activity. All the public safety officials who do their job diligently and properly are shamed by these renegade maverick cops who do wrong. This is a tragedy.
I ride BART regularly and go through Fruitvale station. Never will I see that platform the same again.
