A classic San Francisco gem. For me it comes down to two things when going to a restaurant, good food and good prices. Tulan has both. I recommend the imperial roll seen above, delicious! Vietnamese food that is served hot and fast. The knock on this place is that it is in the Ghetto. 6th and Market is not San Francisco's finest block, but here is my advice: Don't start nothing, won't be nothing.
